Welcome to my page!! So glad you are here!! I’m Katie Xue, portrait photographer located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Ever since I was 5 or 6 years old, whenever there was an occasion where a family photo took place, I had to be the one pushing the button. Of course the adults always took the real ones without telling me, but that was the beginning of life long passion in photography.

One day, when I scrolled through the photos from a solo trip to Alaska in my early 20s, it suddenly came to my realization that I could always go back to Alaska and spend another week chasing the Northern light, but I will never be the same 20-year-old dreaming of what future holds. But luckily, I’ll forever have the photos that would take me back to that moment.

And that’s what I love about being a photographer. I have met so many wonderful people and shared small pieces of their joy. Whether it’s graduation, family photo update, maternity, welcoming new little bundles of joy, or simply celebrate you being you, I’m here
